If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the form, including the contact details you provided there (name, email address, telephone number, company, project description), will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent).
3.3 When Placing an Order
For contract processing, we store the following data: name, address, email address, telephone number, bank details, VAT number. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract). The data will be deleted after the expiry of the statutory retention periods under tax law (7 years).
4. Disclosure of Data
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We only share your personal data with third parties if:
- you have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR,
- the disclosure is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR),
- in the event that there is a legal obligation for the disclosure (Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR), and
- this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR).

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. We use the widespread SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. You can see whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed representation of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
